Christian Gascou

Mr. Gascou handles construction, bankruptcy, insurance, and general civil litigation matters. He has litigated substantial cases in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as in bankruptcy, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

He has written articles for Best’s Review, and recently litigated, to successful conclusion, a $400 million dispute involving more than thirty related cases consolidated for multidistrict litigation.
